By completing this form and submitting a piece of artwork to the contest, you are
(a) affirming that the piece of artwork submitted is the student’s original work and
(b) giving Seven Crown Resorts permission to use an image of the artwork on its website or in other promotional media, whether or not yours is the winning entry.

To enter, put the student’s name and age on the back of the artwork (which must be sized between 8x10 inches and 9x12 inches) and mail in a flat envelope with this completed form to

Teachers or group leaders using this contest as a student project may submit entries for more than one student, but each student must have a completed entry form. Teachers or group leaders are invited to submit a cover letter with any details of the class/group art project. Entries submitted as part of a class or group will be judged individually and the prize awarded only to the winning student.
