From Los Angeles:
- Take the 10 Freeway towards San Bernardino to the 15 Freeway
East towards Las Vegas.
- Take the 215 East toward Henderson which becomes Lake Mead Parkway.
- Cross Boulder Hwy. Go eight miles thru the NPS Fee Station. Turn left at the sign marked "Callville
Bay/Echo Bay/Overton".
- Go 40 miles to Echo Bay turn-off, turn right. Four miles to
resort.
From San Diego:
- Take I-5 to the 15 Freeway East towards Las Vegas.
- Follow Los Angeles Directions.
From Salt Lake City:
- Take 15 South towards Las Vegas.
- Exit Hwy. 169 towards Logandale/Overton exit 93.
- Turn left towards Overton Beach off of Hwy. 169 which becomes
Hwy. 167.
- Stay on Hwy. 167 approximately 10 miles past Overton Beach to
Echo Bay Exit.
- Turn left at exit and go four miles to the resort.
From Las Vegas:
- Take Hwy. 93/95 South towards Henderson.
- Exit Lake Mead Parkway.
- Turn left at base of off-ramp.
- Proceed thru Henderson on Lake Mead Parkway.
- Stay on Lakeshore Road to turn marked "Calville Bay/Echo
Bay/Route 167" and turn left.
- Go 40 miles to Echo Bay turnoff, turn right. Four miles to resort.
From Phoenix:
- Take Hwy. 17 North to I-40 West.
- Take I-40 West to Kingman.
- Take Hwy. 93 North over Hoover Dam.
- Turn right at the Alan Bible Visitors Center onto Lakeshore
Road.
- Stay on Lakeshore Road to turn marked "Calville Bay/Echo
Bay/Route 167" and turn right.
- Go 40 miles to Echo Bay turnoff, turn right. Four miles to resort.
AIRPORT INFORMATION:
Lake Mead Resort - Las Vegas Airport is located approximately 30
- 35 minutes driving time from the Lake Mead Resort, and approximately 90-120 minutes from Echo Bay Resort. The Boulder City Airport
is located eight miles from Lake Mead Resort and is for daylight landing
only.
There are also day-use airstrips near Echo Bay Resort (3 miles). There are no fuel facilities available. Pick-up is available through the resort at no charge. Echo Bay monitors UNICOM 122.8, and will be happy to provide shuttle service. Radio ahead for pick-up.
